Rapid Green All Season Kikuyu Blend combines Perennial Ryegrass which establishes quickly and gives the turf excellent wear tolerance, with Kikuyu to provide Summer drought tolerance.

The Perennial Ryegrass will provide green colour year round and during the summer months this blend will survive on minimal irrigation or rainfull due to the kikuyu.

Seed Mixture By Count:

• 90% Perennial Ryegrass
• 10% Kikuyu (Turbocote)
• + 10% by weight – Granular Wetting Agent

Wetting Agent:

This blend contains granular wetting agent to assist with moisture retention.  Wetting agent will assist in the plant’s ability to take up moisture from the soil.

Bag Sizes:

• Available in 600g, 5kg, 10kg and 20kg Bags

Sowing Rate:

• New Sowing: 3- 4 kgs per 100sqm
• Oversowing:  Use approximately half new sowing rate.  1.5 – 2.5kg per 100sqm

Fertiliser Rates:

A starter fertiliser is recommended with all new seed sowing. When mowing commences switch to a regular maintenance fertiliser least once every season.
